Oregon court upholds Sizemore contempt ruling
Associated Press: The Oregon Court of Appeals has upheld a contempt ruling against anti-tax activist Bill Sizemore. A judge had ruled that Sizemore willfully violated an injunction barring him from running any charity that receives political donations. he appeals court also said Sizemore set up a political action committee after the judge dissolved the one that resulted in the jury verdict, despite the judge's order.
