So called “Missouri Civil Rights Initiative” Misleading Voters

Baggett and her signature gatherers are hired to carry petitions for both the so called "Missouri Civil Rights Initiative," and an eminent domain initiative. I worked for National Ballot Access up in Missouri, and I can tell you some of the things that went on up there.  The guys I worked with told me that in order to get more signatures I should just say to people “I need your signature” then shove the paper at them, and walk to the next person without explaining anything. They told me that the point of doing that was to get more signatures because the people would just want to sign and get out of there, without knowing what they were signing.  Needless to say I only worked for them a week, and now I am having problems with them not wanting to send me my 1099.
