I worked with Mark Jacoby and he had me mail petitions to jenny in June of 06. I was never paid for them. In the petition business, full time petitioners that work on initiatives nationwide all agree, Jenny is the biggest nationwide rip off artist. Mark is second up. Then a guy named Angelo who I have never met, but heard much about. Its common. John Burkett and Derrick lee also fail to pay peoples last checks often. Ron and Jane Tomscack have a scheme where they use old voter roles and just BS people to tell them they have low validity so your checks are always short. I am helping organize for federal charges.
